2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You are liable for any activity conducted under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Create or distribute malware, spam, phishing links, or misleading URLs
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others (including copyright or trademarks)
• Redirect to adult, illegal, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

4. URL Shortening Service

• You may shorten URLs and share them publicly or privately.
• Analytics (e.g., click counts, IPs, geolocation) are collected for each shortened URL.
• Shortened URLs may be removed if found in violation of our policies.

5. Plans and Limitations

• Free users are limited to 50 lifetime links.
• Upgrading to the Pro plan offers unlimited link creation and extended features.
• Plan duration and features are listed on the Pricing
• Manual or automated link generation beyond limits may lead to account suspension.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for Pro plans can be made via Online Payment Gateway, UPI or Bank Transfer.
• Once activated, Pro plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Users must submit payment proof via the “I have paid” form.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account without notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the service
• Required by law enforcement or regulation

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used on this site are owned by Winline Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, link performance, or compatibility with all devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winline Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review them regularly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Dharwad City, Karnataka State, India.
